Learning Plan FAQs
How long does a Learning Plan last?
All Learning Plans provide 12 months of access from your purchase date. This gives your program a full year to train staff and take advantage of full plan benefits.
Does the plan cover all of our staff?
Yes. Learning Plans are designed to support your entire program, not just one individual. You can add staff throughout the year as team members are hired.
What happens to staff training records if someone leaves?
We maintain a training history for each staff member who completes ECE courses. This ensures continuity, documentation and verification of completed learning, even when transitions occur.
Do your trainings offer CEUs and state approval?
Yes. Our early childhood education courses are IACET CEU-eligible and approved in all 50 states, making it suitable for ECE professionals nationwide.
What types of training are included with a Learning Plan?
Depending on your plan, training may include:
– 120+ hours of self-paced early childhood education courses
– Recorded and/or live group webinars

Do Learning Plans include a discount for the Training Scramble?
Yes. Programs with an active eligible Learning Plan receive $50 off select Training Scramble registrations:
– Starter: $50 off 1 registration
– Standard: $50 off up to 3 registrations
– Premium: $50 off up to 5 registrations
The discount:
– Applies per registrant
– Cannot be combined with other offers
– Requires an active eligible Learning Plan at the time of registration
– Expires when the Learning Plan expires

How many hours or days of live training are included with each plan?
– Live training and consulting time vary by plan:
– Essential: self-paced and recorded training only
– Starter: Includes 9 hours of live virtual training
